Accessing help in MYOB Exo Employee Services Software

In this article we cover how Exo Employer Services Suite help can be accessed through the following methods:

  • Accessing online help using F1 key
  • Accessing online help using the Help Option

To access help using F1 Key:

While in the Exo Employer Services software, press the F1 key on your keyboard. The help file for the product you are currently in will open in your web browser. 


You can search by:

  • Index 
  • Content 
  • Search tab

The following will show how to use each search

When selecting the Index tab, type in the subject required e.g; Holiday Pay entitlement

  1. Type in "Holiday"
  2. Select the item then click Display (This will display the information on Holiday Pay Entitlement)


To search by content (this is grouped by subject) eg: Holiday Pay

  1. Click on the Content tab
  2. Click the plus sign next to Setting up Exo Payroll
  3. Click the plus sign next to Step Six: Add/Edit Employees
  4. Click on Holiday Pay (this will automatically display the page to the right)


To search by Search tab eg: Holiday Pay entitlement

1. Click the Search Tab

2. Type in the your search "Holiday Pay"

3. A list of Holiday Pay related articles will be displayed to select from.


To access Exo payroll help using Help Option:

1. Go to Help on the menu

2. On the drop down menu click on Help

3. The same help menu as above will be displayed using either the index or content search follow the instruction as above
